Aromatherapy
Hands on full body massage with essential oils. These aromatic oils are extracted and distilled from plants, trees and herbs and are used to stimulate the body's own healing mechanisms. They also help to strengthen the nervous system and restore energy.

Colonic Hydrotherapy is the gentle infusion of warm filtered water into the colon to help cleanse it of old faecal matter, gas, mucous and parasites. The benefits are numerous, as well as hydrating the whole body's waste system and stimulating the bowel, the aesthetic benefits include a natural skin boost, increased vitality and the reduction of conditions such as cellulite.

This massage starts on the upper back using strokes of a medium pressure getting lighter as it moves to the neck, head & face. Indian Head Massage brings relief to symptoms of stress, headaches, tension, sinus disorders and balances the body's energy.

This treatment centres the mind with the body, sharpening awareness of the feelings and sensations stimulated during the slow rhythmic massaging of both hands and feet, enlivening the energy flow on the body. These massages are orientated towards a number of sensitive and powerful pressure points, which stimulate energy interactions throughout the body, releasing mental and emotional blockages. The treatment culminates in gently rebalancing the chakras.

Therapeutic Massage is a deep tissue massage that is an excellent tension releaser, through firm and even strokes over the whole body all those areas of tension and stress are eased. This treatment leaves you relaxed and feeling calm. All the major muscles are addressed, focussing and relieving specific points of tension. Full body massage.

The treatment combines the use of Hopi Ear Candles which are lit and gently placed in the ears, starting with the left ear then the right, this is followed with a sinus massage on the face, finishing with a relaxing neck and shoulder massage. A gentle natural treatment for problems related to the ears and head.

A Body Exfoliation treatment using a cream of olive stone granules, kaolin, ginger,
lime, mandarin and lemon which is applied thinly to the skin and allowed to dry, followed by a body brush to remove the dead skin cells.This treatment stimulates the superficial lymph thus eliminating toxins from the skin. You will feel stimulated and refreshed.

LaStone Therapy is performed with black river stones heated in water and strategically placed along the body. Each heated stone brings oxygenated blood rapidly to the muscles beneath it. The massage aids circulation and with the additional effect of heat 'pulling' blood into the tissues helps repair chronic and acute pain and tension.
