Winter Restore is a seasonal retreat designed to support deep rest, gentle release and rebalancing after the stimulation and intensity of the festive period.

This is not a detox retreat.

There is no fasting, restriction or pressure to change yourself.

Instead, Winter Restore offers a calm, nurturing space where the body, mind and spirit are gently supported back into balance — at exactly the time of year when warmth, nourishment and rest are most needed.

• 3 nights - £575 per person includes fullboard accommodation and three treatments.

• 5 nights - £835 per person includes fullboard accommodation and three treatments.
